  • 1 packet of Blackberry Beauty Collagen Water
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 large ripe banana



  • Combine blackberries, banana, yogurt, apple juice, Beauty Collagen powder, and honey in a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve and enjoy!



  • Don’t like seeds? Strain the smoothie through a sieve and discard the seeds.
